The East End Cookie Company is a boutique distributor of fine baked goods. We seek out and offer to our customers artisanal, hand crafted sweets of superior quality that are new to the broad markets. We focus on products from small producers with whom we can work closely to bring their desserts to you. Due to the nature of the small manufacturers we work with there are often limitations on production and shipping, especially during busy holiday periods. We ask our customers to keep this in mind when ordering and allow plenty of lead time for larger orders.
Seth Greenberg
Hi there! I’m Seth Greenberg and I like to bake. My dad is William Greenberg Jr of the bakery of the same name in NYC. I grew up in his shop spending much of my afterschool and weekend hours learning to bake and learning the business. Eventually I worked with my dad full time, mostly doing the fancy decorated cakes we were renowned for and also new product development. In 1992 I bought the company from my father and then sold the expanded business in 1995. My father and I left the company in 1997. Since then I’ve been baking at home, creating new products and trying to improve on some traditional ones. All the sweets I make use only the best ingredients I can find: AA Butter, Grade A fresh eggs, pure vanilla extract, imported chocolate, fancy large pecans and the like.
